  • Use Unity 2020.31
  • Start with or convert to HDRP
  • Go to edit -> Project Settings -> Quality
  • make a new quality level by typing in a new name
  • In the project window under settings duplicate the HDRPHighQuality and name it HDRPRTXQuality.
  • Then drag it to the Rendering pipeline slot in the Project settings under Quality
  • With HDRPRTXQuality still selected under the inspector check Realtime Raytracing (Preview)
  • Go to Windows -> Render Pipeline -> HD Render Pipeline Wizard
  • Select the tab HDRP + DXR
  • Click the Fix all button
  • Click the icon for the scene settings located at the top of the viewport. It looks like a video camera.
  • Set Camera anti-aliasing to temporal anti-aliasing
  • Also under the effects drop down at the top of the viewport check Always Refresh
  •  Select game camera and in the inspector make sure that Temporal Anti-aliasing is chosen for Post Anti-Aliasing
